Situated in Valoria La Buena, mid-way between Valladolid and Palencia in the north of Spain, Bodegas y Viñedos Pilcar has been making wine for more than 100 years. It was not until 1987, however, that the current winery was built and the prodcution of truly superior wines could begin. The estate is made up of 25 hectares, with an additional 15 hectares under direct control. All the grapes are hand harvested.

 Pilcar seeks to make local wines with a personality that faithfully reflects the land.
